Hi, I'm Neha — a product designer based in Portland, OR. My path into design wasn't traditional. I started college studying engineering, but eventually worked with Worcester Polytechnic Institute to build my own degree in Human-Computer Interaction, taking undergraduate and graduate coursework in business, information sciences, robotics, computer science, and design.
My engineering background still shapes how I work. I speak the same language as the developers I collaborate with, and I still dabble in code and experiment with new engineering tools to better prototype and convey my ideas.
I'd describe myself as deeply curious, which is probably why I gravitate toward research. I find the most rewarding part of design is taking the time to truly understand the people I'm designing for.
